Dhakauli (Zirakpur ): December 19:
A free medical check up and treatment camp was organized by VIRASAT, a registered Charitable Trust, at VIRASAT Vidya Mandir, Dhakauli. Over 150 patients turned out from nearby areas of Dhakauli, Baltana, Zirakpur and Sector 19, Panchkula. A team of eight qualified doctors including Dr. Gurmeet Singh, Dr. Ajay, Dr. Yogesh, Dr. Anubhav Naresh, Dr. Divya, Dr.Aman, Dr.Bindu and Dr. Poonam examined the patients and administered medicines.
VIRASAT, in addition to other charitable activities, regularly organizes free medical camps in and around Panchkula. The Trust also foots the bills of the labs, where the various tests of the poor patients are referred to by its doctors.
